Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Cookie Status
Cookies are enabled by default on this website, as we do not store any personal data in them. In cases where this becomes necessary later, we will obtain your separate consent in advance. The cookie notice banner is still active and can be hidden by clicking the 'I understand' link.
Google Analytics Status
Google Analytics is not used on this website.
Contacting us
If you contact us via an email address listed on our website, we will use the data you send exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. However, in some cases, it is necessary for us to further process your data and record it separately.
Data Retention
We will not retain personal data that we collect and process in the course of our normal business activities for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or due to legal requirements. However, in certain cases, such as tax and accounting purposes, we are legally obligated to retain personal data even after the end of an active business relationship.
Log Data/Server Logs
Each time you access our website, usage data is transmitted through the internet browser you use and stored in log files (server log files) on the web server we use. These files contain, among other things, the following information: name/URL of the accessed website, host name of the requesting provider, date and time of the server request, browser type and version, operating system, and the URL of the previously visited page (referrer URL). The log data is used solely for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, maintaining security, and optimizing our website. This log data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently review this data if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that are transferred to your browser via a web server. The information stored in cookies helps us tailor the use of our website to individual needs and continuously improve our offering. Cookies are enabled by default on this website, as we do not store any personal data in them. In cases where this is later necessary, we will obtain your separate consent in advance. We never store personal data without your consent. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. A notice banner at the bottom of our website indicates the use of cookies. By clicking on the "I understand" link, you confirm that you have read and understood the use of cookies on our website. This cookie confirmation is valid for 365 days and will no longer be displayed when you visit our website again within this time (unless you have deleted the cookie by then or the page is accessed using a different browser).

Functional limitations without cookies
If you generally restrict or prevent the use of cookies, certain areas and services of our website may not function as expected. Cookies already on your computer can be deleted at any time using your browser settings. The procedure for doing so varies depending on the browser. Information about this and other options regarding cookies can be found on the websites of the respective browser providers: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Opera.

Google Fonts
To ensure consistent display of text content, we use Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), on our website. This integration is typically achieved through an external server call at Google in the USA, although it is assumed that more extensive information – such as IP addresses – is also collected, stored, and analyzed. For data protection reasons, we therefore refrain from such direct integration and provide these fonts locally via the web server we use. If your browser does not support web fonts, one of your computer's default fonts will be used automatically.
Your rights
You generally have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
